A reindeer who ate the Human Human Fruit and is able to transform into various forms because of it. His intelligence is remarkable as he was able to invent the Rumble Ball which enhanced his Devil Fruit's powers. Chopper is also the doctor of the Straw Hat pirates.
Gameplay Tips
- Chopper can attack a second time in his Up Aerial, Up Strong and Forward Strong if the attack button is held.
- Chopper's Scope halves the opponent's defense and lowers their offense while it is active.
- Chopper's Up Ex is a healing move instead of a recovery move. Use it when you are in a pinch.
- Depending on circumstances Jumping Point (Up Special) can be used to dodge or escape from incoming attacks.
- The chemical in Chopper's down aerial, while unorthodox can help you to ensure you land safely.
- Chopper's hitbox changes in his various forms. You can use this to your advantage, but so can your opponent.

- Chopper's nose being blue is a reference to Rudolf.
- Chopper has seven transformation plus Monster Point Pre-Timeskip.
