Primid
The Subspace Emissary
Primid is a character from the The Subspace Emissary series.
Primid has the following moveset:
- Primid is one of many recurring enemies who made their appearance in Super Smash Bros. Brawl's Subspace Emissary.
- Did you know? Most of the subspace army within the Subspace Emissary, Primid included, are made of Mr.Game & Watch's essence, more commonly known as shadow bugs.
- There's several Primid types that exist, such as the sturdy Metal Primid, the fire breathing Fire Primid, the blade holding Sword Primid, and the huge Big Primid.
- Not all enemies in Super Smash Bros. Brawl's Subspace Emissary are made to hurt the player, such as the wind blowing Borboras seen in Primid's Forward Throw.
- Within the Subspace Emissary, Mr.Game & Watch does not know good or evil. In a way, one could say the army made from his shadow bugs are not inherently evil either.
- The portal seen in Primid's Down Strong is called a generator, and in Super Smash Bros. Brawl's Subspace Emissary, it would spawn enemies until they were destroyed.
- Primid's taunt has it turn into a Ticken. The yellow bird at the end is actually the Ticken's pilot, however that does beg the question of how it got there...
- In Prism Cross, Bowser is the only "ally" of Master Hand from Super Smash Bros. Brawl's Subspace Emissary. One must wonder what he thinks when seeing a Primid again.
- Primid's Prism Shatter transforms them into Duon, a boss in Subspace Emissary. Remember! The sword side is on the left, and the gun side is on the right!
- Primid's Down Tilt actually starts hitting from a bit above and in front of it. If you hit it just right, you might spike the opponent!
- You can angle Primid's Back Air diagonally upwards and downwards.
- Primid's Side B can be thrown upwards or downwards, and reflects off of any surface it hits.
- Primid's Up Strong turns it into a Gamyga. You can press or hold the special button near the end of the move to fire a eye laser before the Gamyga is undone.
- Primid's Dash Attack has it mount a Roader. Holding the attack button during the attack will extend the travel time, but make the Primid fall off at the end of the move.
- Primid's Up B has it mount a white Spaak. Charging the move will slowly change the Spaak into a dark storm cloud and make it fire off more sparks as they ascend higher.
- Primid can cancel its double jump with an attack if it lets go of jump; this is also known as a double jump cancel.
