Roland
Library of Ruina
The protagonist of Library of Ruina, Roland is a washed up Grade 9 Fixer who got mysteriously teleported to the Library while on his way to a Hamhampangpang restaurant joint. Now, he works there assisting the Library Director, Angela, in the reception of guests to gather the scattered light in order to make the one, true book.
Gameplay Tips
- Roland can cancel from a utilt into a jump.
- After a last succeful hit from downb, if you press special again Roland will teleport to the target for a finisher.
- If you press left or right after the first shot of Neutral Special, Roland will dodge in the selected direction. During the dodge, Roland has invulnerability.
- During Neutral Special, you can press Special two more times to make Roland deliver two additional shots, one with the other gun and the last with a shotgun.
- If you press the Attack Button during Neutral B's dodge, Roland will do a short hop and deliver a kick. Alternatively, if you press Special again, he will shoot again.
Trivia
- Exhausted? Tired. Want rest? Hungry. Want out?
- Despite holding the title of "The Black Silence", Roland isnt actual the first to holder that moniker, nor is he officially recognized by it. Atleast as far as the Hana Association is concerned.
- According to the Library of Ruina Artbook, Roland's appearance was inspired by the actor James McAvoy.
