Wolverine, also known as Logan, was born James Howlett in the late 19th century in Canada. He possesses animal-like senses, enhanced physical capabilities, and a retractable adamantium-coated skeleton with claws. He has fought in numerous wars and conflicts. Experimented on by the Weapon X program, he gained adamantium claws and became a lethal weapon. Joining the X-Men, he struggled with his animalistic nature while becoming a key member of the team.
Gameplay Tips
- Wolverine's Side Tilt and Down Tilt both have a follow up attack when pressing the attack button.
- Wolverine's Berserker Barrage (Neutral Special) can make him travel farther when holding down the Special Button. Shred 'em along the stage, bub.
- Wolverine's Wild Lunge (Side Special) is a command grab that lets Wolverine deal more damage the faster you press the special button after catching them.
- Wolverine's Tornado Claw (Up Special) can change direction as you ascend with the left or right buttons. Keep it steady while you drill em.
- Wolverine's Drill Claw (Down Special) allows him to dash into any direction you wish. Hit them to send both you and your opponent upwards to follow up!
- Wolverine's EX Berserker Barrage (Neutral Special) has a nasty finisher after dragging your opponent across the stage.
- Wolverine's EX Wild Lunge (Side Special) becomes a deadly setup grab that stuns the opponent briefly after connecting.
- Wolverine's EX Tornado Claw (Up Special) cannot change direction, but its increased multihits make for a nasty move to shred any opponent into shish kebab.
