Accelerator

Accelerator is a character from the Toaru Majutsu no Index series. Accelerator has the following moveset:

• Accelerator's Neutral Special is used to counter attacks. It can also reflect projectiles, but it cannot resist attacks with high priority, such as Prism Shatters.
• Accelerator's Down Special (ground version) is very suitable for hitting enemies that try to recover to the stage.
• Accelerator's Neutral EX disables his Limiter, making all attacks that are thrown at him be reflected for a period of time.
• Accelerator can't reflect attacks that he cannot understand.
• Touma can break Accelerator's reflect with his Imagine Breaker.
• Accelerator's Down Special (air version) makes Accelerator quickly stomp the ground from midair. Careful not to use it offstage!
• While Accelerator's limiter is active, he will slowly consume his Prism Gauge.
• Accelerator's dash is different from other characters'; he will stop for a sec, then dash at high speed. Jumping out of it will retain your movement speed.
• Accelerator's Up Throw will kill the target if their percent is higher than 120% and if he has 1 Prism Gauge.
• When Accelerator's limiter is active, stay away from him; his strength is greatly bolstered, making attacking him a risky endeavor.
• Accelerator is the 1st-ranked Level 5 and the strongest esper currently residing in Academy City. He is the second protagonist of the Science Side in the Toaru series.
• Last Order can help with Accelerator's combos.
• Touma can use Imagine Breaker to break Accelerator's reflecting power; Accelerator can break Touma's Neutral Special using his own Side Special.
