Kuroko Shirai

Kuroko Shirai is a character from the Touma Kamijou series. Kuroko has the following moveset:

• Kuroko is the thinnest character in the game, as such, she is able to dodge attacks with more ease.
• All of Kuroko's Aerial Attacks have a long startup, however, they are offset by her teleporting ability.
• Kuroko's Down EX has a massive range, however, opponents can easily mash their movement button to SDI.
• Tapping, holding, double-tapping and/or pressing a movement button while using Kuroko's Neutral Special will cause different effects.
• You can follow up on Kuroko's Up Special with any aerial.
