Kuroko is a Level 4 esper and a student of Tokiwadai, as well as a member of Judgment. She's usually found accompanying the third- ranked Level 5 Misaka Mikoto, her best friend, partner, and roommate. She is a minor character in Index, but has a major role in Railgun.

Gameplay Tips

  • All of Kuroko's Aerial Attacks have a long startup, however, they are offset by her teleporting ability.
  • Kuroko's Down EX has a massive range, however, opponents can easily mash their movement button to SDI.
  • Tapping, holding, double-tapping and/or pressing a movement button while using Kuroko's Neutral Special will cause different effects.
  • You can follow up on Kuroko's Up Special with any aerial.
