Touma Kamijou

Touma Kamijou is a character from the Toaru Majutsu no Index series. Touma has the following moveset:

• Touma's Neutral Special uses his Imagine Breaker to parry attacks. On successful parry, he will counterattack with a strong punch.
• During Touma's last stock, he will enter Last Stand mode, which boosts his specials and gives him an improved Prism Shatter.
• Touma's right arm has the Imagine Breaker, which can cancel any supernatural powers. This cancels even his luck, making Touma extremely unlucky.
• Touma's Down Smash is a very easy way to get a quick kill if your opponent is careless at the ledge, as it is a short-ranged true spike.
• Touma's EX moves all have armor on them.
• Touma is one of the few people who cannot be manipulated by Miasma because of his right arm's Imagine Breaker.
