Koromaru
Persona 3
Koromaru is a Shiba Inu dog who joins the Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad. He was a stray dog that Yamagishi Fuuka and Takeba Yukari played with regularly. Before joining his master died he was mostly alone, protecting his shrine until his master return.
Gameplay Tips
- Koromaru can perform "One More"-s with his Neutral, Side and Up Special in case he lands a hit.
- Koromaru can hold the special button during the Side Special to spin longer.
- Koromaru's Down Special can place one Mudoon trap on the ground and in the air at a time.
- Koromaru's Up Tilt sends him into the air, making it an effective starter for aerial combos.
Trivia
- Koromaru and his backstory is heavily based on Hachiko.
- Koromaru's Persona is Cerberus, the famous three-head dog from Greek Mythology.
- It is speculated that Koromaru already had gone through a Persona evolution once.
- In his Persona 4 Arena Ultimax design, Koromaru wears Amada Ken's old hoodie.
